The one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed! we didn’t want to leave. Very private, extremely comfortable. A little pool was very nice and helpful after sunbathing. Extremely beautiful sky, couldn’t stop watching stars and moon. Don’t stock up with groceries in the shop on Eden island, it’s very expensive, buy in the city. Kayaks are always available to take anytime. We stayed in a few places on Seychelles, it was way the best!

Rates include an arrival and a departure boat transfer at the below scheduled times: Please note that guests departing on flights earlier than 06 am cannot be assisted. Eden Island Jetty, Mahe to Cerf Island : 10.30 AM, 13.30 PM AND 16.00 PM. Cerf Island to Eden Island Jetty, Mahe : 10.00 AM, 13.00 PM 15.30 PM. Any boat transfer outside the above arrival and departure times incur a fee of EUR 15 per person return and EUR 7 per child return. Any boat transfer departing Cerf Island to Eden Island Jetty, Mahe at 17.00 PM will incur a fee of EUR 30 per person and EUR 15 per child. Please note that guests departing on flights earlier than 06:00 am cannot be assisted with a boat transfer as the early morning tide do not allow for vessels to depart from the jetty at Villa De Cerf. We cannot do transfers after 5.30 pm from Cerf to Eden because of low visibility .Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at the property. The property at Villa de Cerf was rustic and a Hidden gem! The house itself was in the traditional plantation style of the Seychelles, and demonstrated hospitality and convenience.

L’habitation Cerf Island was the perfect, private, relaxing holiday spot we were after. Although only a 10 minute boat ride from the main island, it felt like we were a world away from Mahe, where we had enjoyed 5 days previously. It is advertised as a Robinson Crusoe hideaway, and it felt just like that! The hotel is looks exactly as in the photos. There is a simple yet beautiful garden which is thriving with birdlife and fruit bats! The open space was lovely with fresh air breezing through the reception and restaurant. We enjoyed our meals looking out to the beach whilst enjoying the fresh air, listening to and watching the busy, hungry, chatty wildlife. We had a great room which was spacious and with an excellent balcony. The balcony overlooked the garden and onto the beach and sea. We spent quality time sitting out there listening to the waves lap on the shore, and relished watching the fruit bats getting on with their business of feeding and socialising! The food was better here at the restaurant than what we had experienced on Mahe. The highlight though was the beach BBQ ‘Opa Restaurant’ a few minutes’ walk along the beach. An amazing, sumptuous Creole seafood buffet at a great price! The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help with our requests. We stayed over New Years and there was a nice festive atmosphere. The pace of the hotel is laidback, so embrace and delight in a slower tempo while switching off on your holiday. L’habitation Cerf Island was the ideal, tranquil, blissful escape.

The chalet was well-laid out, sparkling clean, private and quiet with a lovely view to the well-kept little beach. Wendy and Kevin thought of everything, including a starter pack of coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc., most welcome after a long flight from Canada. Fairy-Tern was just steps from the water taxi. It was perfect!
