The food of this place are delicious, the staff are awesome , the stay was excellent, We enjoyed our stay , this place is well set for the high relaxing nature , It is in a deep forest very close to Volcanoes national park and under the view of all 5 Volcanoes of Rwanda, There are not other neighbors except the big hotel which is very close , no noises except the singing music made by a thousands of birds living aside you , We enjoyed the view of the Volcanoes becouse the climate was nice 👍 , Michael helped us to organize our morning trip and this made our moments special , We can recommend this place

The staff in this recently opened property are very attentive and made for a memorable stay. The accommodation, in chalets, is laid out in an idyllic garden with so many flowering plants attended by so many brightly coloured birds, it is so relaxing. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the beds are the best. We enjoyed our food although more variety in menu would be appreciated. It is handily located for the Volcanoes NP and the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Foundation.

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They always try their best to make us feel comfortable and help to answer all of our questions. The management team is very responsive. They even helped to recommend tour agencies and drivers when we were planning our itineraries. The resort is helping women to get quality job. The resort is very close to the headquarter of Volcanoes National Park, just a 20 minutes drive, so we get to prepare our activities in the Park with ease. The kitchen of the hotel is pretty nice too, as a vegan, they provide me a lot of options.
