What a wonderfully equipped and decorated apartment! The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Sighisoara. We wished we had booked two nights instead of one. We successfully did laundry and found street parking right outside of the apartment (for a fee).

The Taschler Haus is a unique accommodation option in the heart of Sighisoara. It is an old medieval house, beautifully maintained, with painted walls representing the different professions and a wonderful cellar, where a complimentary breakfast is served. The owners are so friendly and welcoming! They speak very good German, help you with the parking and are excellent hosts. If you like traditional houses and you want to learn from the area, this is a very nice place to stay. We've stayed mid of November with chilly weather. The room was very warm and very clean. I fully recommend this place, as it is unique and the hosts make you feel like at home! Sighisoara is a beautiful town, with nice corners and cafés, also very central to visit Viscri and Birtham.
