The atmosphere, the facilities, there was nothing we needed and did not receive, very nice garden with spaces to relax. We had a great family experience with two little kids. The staff were helpful, they immediately answered my special requests when I needed their help.

Staff was quite nice, was lucky the location was very empty during our stay.

I liked the breakfast (fresh and diverse food, plenty of options to choose from), the location of the hotel and the view from the balcony. The restaurant Cucina Sofia was very good, delicious food and good serving. The lobby was also very nice, it gave a nice first impression.
