It is a very spacious villa, 4 great bedrooms for 2 people, 2 beautiful bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath and one with an experience shower. Very large living room and great kitchen with everything you need. Coffee machine is already filled and the fridge has an included ice cube machine. Parking is possible in the courtyard under a carport. In the garden there is a grill corner and the highlight is an outdoor pool in the summer, which is about 8 by 5 meters long. High about 1.30. Friendly host and speaks perfect English. The area is quiet and Brasov is about 15-20 minutes away. There is a restaurant nearby. Villa Moniculor is highly recommended. Max. capacity 8 people. We will definitely be back. Price/performance ratio unbeatable. Thank you very much

Even if we stayed for one night, the apartment was amazing. The host was really friendly and although we arrived before the check-in hour they received us without problems. The apartment has a nice view to the mountains and has everything you need.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It was the best stay we had in Brasov. Although the house is mostly for 1 small family it has everything you need to feel like home. The hospitality treat after a long trip was really a nice gesture by host. We enjoyed very much and strongly recommend. Well the kid loved the place and we will come back :) Thanks a lot for everything!

The property comes with private parking for 5 vehicles at least and my favorite: the jacuzzi that been prepped by the host before our arrival.
Great communication with the host who always been a phone call away in case we’ve needed anything.
Therefore I can only recommend this spectacular place with confidence.
Great property, great host, and we absolutely (including our dog) loved it. The yard was big enough so that our little companion could have fun, the place was quiet and the winter atmosphere combined with the snow made our staying very relaxing. The beds were very relaxing, sleeping was a pleasure. Parking spots on the street (publicly available, free of charge). Highly recommend and we'll definitely return.

the room or i'd say the flat was well equiped and had all necessity for a family with a kid. the room was spacious.
The villa was a perfect place for us. It had so much to keep everyone (especially the kids) entertained. It was furnished to a high standard and we were all very comfortable in the house. The communication from the host was great, the house was easy to find, and easy key collection. It was very quiet and secure, walking distance to shops. We would recommend this villa for anyone looking in this area.
We already had two stays here, and for sure we will come back soon.

Very comfortable and cozy place near Brasov. It is convenient to get to all the sights in this part of Romania. Ideal for families with children. We liked everything, a very pleasant owner, helped with our questions very quickly and suggested what to visit.
The location offers great views and is almost secluded. Also the fact that we had the whole villa to ourselves was really good. We were travelling with our dog and a group of friends that had a kid - the trambuline and rocking chairs outside were awsome for the kid. The bedminton kit was also nice. There is also a grill - verry good addition. The electric fence was a good to have also.
Very clean and relaxing spa center suitable for the whole family and small children.
Good breakfast and during weekends there are many options to choose.
Very helpful and friendly personnel.
