The idea is simple: 1) go to a remote place; 2) focus on learning / doing something that matters to you. This location was the best so far for my goals (but it looks like it would also be very enjoyable with a larger group, which is why I plan to return there for leisure). There is a well-positioned outdoor bathtub (ciubăr), and the host offers a wide variety of trips in the area. He is also very friendly.
