it is a very large apartment - in fact a whole floor of a new house. Very well equipped and very clean (you virtually feel committed to put off your shoes, once you enter the apartment). well maintained garden with a barbeque corner and we were looking on to blossoming cherry trees. elena is a very friendly and helpful host, with simple and easy instructions to reach the house (in English) and it was fun to talk to her also in Spanish.

The dealings I had with the owner were all extremely pleasant as he was friendly and very helpful. I really liked the layout and the amenities available!
