The only advantage, unfortunately, is the location near the Durau park/side. In front of the guesthouse there is no parking dedicated directly to its guests, but it is a shared territory with 2 other hotels and I assume that in high season it can be difficult to find a parking space.

A beautiful, well maintained property facing the lake. We took the deluxe room and stayed here with our two teenage boys. The room is decent sized. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is good size and has great fittings. The room & bedroom is decorated aesthetically. The view from our room was superb. It had a terrace. There was no AC in our room but the weather was lovely so we didn’t face any problem as we kept the door open. There is no elevator and that means you have to carry your bags up. They have their own restaurant and food was good. We were her only for 1 night unfortunately to enjoy the views. Breakfast was ok. No bread slices, only bun. All in all, everything is great just if the road is done well,

Its placed in the center of a small village, not so far (about 4 mins with car) from the main road that tight Bicaz and Lacu Rosu (about 20 km from Lacu Rosu and Cheile Bicazului pass), on the valley, between mountains with beautiful views on them and a small river in the backyard, is nice and tidy area and place, cleaned room with comfortable beds and very good bathroom. Has additional facilities like covered barbeque area, breakfast, dinning area with bar, and few small terrasses.
The most pleasant thing was the host's hospitality. We were served a hearty and nutritious breakfast as additional service.
For sure we will come back and will stay here again. My family was very excited and we recommend like the best price-quality-place ratio for everybody that wants to visit Bicaz - Lacu Rosu areas or just pass through.
