The owner has a big hobby for technology: electric luggage elevator at arrival to compensate the effort to climb the stairs from the street to the house, remote comtrol for electric blinds, remote lighting. The fridge and the goodies to eat and drink (coca cola cans, mars, snickers, kinder, 1€ each) are a nice surprise in addition to the 2 coke cans and the big water bottle offered! The huge LCD TV screen was connected through a HDMI cable to a blueray player, we used the HDMI cable to run our netflix on our laptop on the big screen. It was very special to have a special room watch to project the hours on the ceiling. Nice to have tea bags and coffee! The owner waited for us after the official checkin hours. He offered us to park in front of his garrage.
