Spent 3 nights in this pretty shiny lodge. The goal was to watch the pelicans in the Delta which was perfectly achieved thanks to the boat trip starting from the accomodation's own jetty, organized and operated by the hosts. Ionela was the most congenial host and the seamanship of the coxswain was outstanding. In the end the whole trip was about 100km and besides the pelicans we ticked off cormorants, eagles and the actual Black Sea as well. Wifi was great, too, and the car could be parked within the premises.

We loved the tasteful buildings, the green huge courtyard next to a small water channel where our daughter could run around freely+ try out her fishing skills. The aesthetic of the buildings and rooms is very nice. We loved spending our evenings on the restaurant's terrace enjoying a glass of wine and watching the nature. Even if at the outskirts of the Danube Delta, the village is very beautiful and quiet and we felt in the middle of the nature despite the hotel being located on the main road. The host, Laurentiu, was very welcoming and helpful with all our demands and questions. We plan to come back!

Excellent service and good food. Good location near other points of interest. The pension organised some beautiful boat trips also. We were well looked after and nothing was too much. For art lovers are plenty of beautiful painting and art pieces decorating the rooms and restaurant, all inspired by the habitat of Delta Danube.

Everything is quite extraordinary. The location on the canal is very pitoresque, the wildlife around you is very conforting. You would see geese, ducks, cows, horses, fish, frogs, sparrows all around you. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, very nice touch with the kitchen washing machine that makes everything so much easier. They provide the washing tablets, so you don't have to come with them. Fully functional kitchen, barbecue and also cauldron that we used to used to make good stew. Our 5 yrs old kid said she never ever wanted to leave this place. Thanks for Virgil for driving us with the boat through the best places in the Delta, thanks for Virgil's wife for the best food eeeever. Thanks for everything, surely a place we'll be wanting to return.
