He went above and beyond to assist me, showing great dedication in organizing various excursions. His helpfulness and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay. I am truly grateful for his assistance and would like to extend a big thank you to him and the rest of the team at Shell Villa. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

We stayed here three different times while diving and traveling in the area. They took care of our airport transfer as well. The staff is amazing! They helped with anything and everything, even giving us a ride to another resort for a spa day. Breakfast is outstanding! I had the best omelet I have ever tasted here. Ordered one every morning! Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Wifi is good.Did not use the pool, but it looked very clean. Used the gym, which is small but functional. A/C worked great. Rooms were large with balcony. We paid a bit more for the "sea view" rooms which were very nice! They are located in town and so we could walk to the grocery and some restaurants easily. Canoe restaurant (owned by the hotel) was a great option for food and drinks. Highly, highly suggest for anyone traveling to Palau.

I also never needed to hesitate to reach out to them for recommendations for anything I wanted. Being able to rent a car directly from them was a plus as well, making my time in Palau especially great and convenient.

Ngermid Oasis is in a great off the beaten path location in Palau. The owner is super helpful and responsive. She helped arrange transfers to and from the airport and to restaurants downtown. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning and afternoons. It has a great pool and kitchenettes in the 2 units we rented. It was perfect for us to stay before and after our liveaboard trip so we will definitely be back.
