Casa da Horta was a wonderful base for our holiday. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and clean. My children loved the pool and all the animals in the idyllic grounds (dogs, horses, donkey). We even spotted wild boars. Maria was very helpful and accommodated a late checkout which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place!

Brilliant accommodation for a family or friends trip. Daniela was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely, salt water and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space inside with four comfortable double rooms and a child’s room. Four bathrooms and a massive lounge with a pool table. We ate outside most of the time. Supermarkets about 5 minutes drive away. plenty of fridge and freezer space.

Alentegria is a green oasis of tranquility. Well-maintained garden surrounded by beautiful old pine trees. Stijn and Kirby work tirelessly to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Very friendly with a nice and interesting chat for those who need it. In the reception documents: meticulously prepared excursions in the Alentejo region en Lisbon; where is the best place to park, the good restaurants, interesting facts, ... The apartment was spacious for the both of us and everything was very clean, small kitchen but equipped with all necessary equipment and appliances, a sufficiently large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Given the beautiful sunny days during our stay, we were outdoors from morning till evening; the facilities are such that this is possible: separate dining area, BBQ, hammocks between the trees, loungers and sitting chairs, pleasant swimming pool that is virtually chlorine-free, and if you are lacking something, you can always ask 😊 A good night's sleep is guaranteed by the very calm environment, but also by the first-class mattress and pillows. We highly recommend this holiday address!
