loved my stay of 10 days and cannot recommend the accommodation enough Lovely house at the edge of a classic small village with beautiful walks from the front door. The house was very nicely decorated with a new kitchen, well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook for a family including quality oven, fridge, large freezer, microwave and lots of pots and pans. The lounge had a large modern screen and good internet. There was a washing machine and good shower in the bathroom. The owner was great with a nothing is too much attitude, available to help with anything and keeping a respectful distance the rest if the time. There are dozens of really good walks in the surrounding area and the natural park is easily accessible. 5*!!!

It was one of the best stays I have ever had. The atmosphere was wonderful, in the middle of the vineyards on a beautiful property. The accomodation itself was very, very beautiful as well - small scale, beautifully designed, very nice swimming pool and pretty building altoghether. All the staff were very friendly and we appreciated the small wine tasting that came for free with the booking. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed dinner at the property one night, which was great as well. It is a very nice place to relax and to explore the vineyards here and in the area.

Beautiful, quiet and serene Quinta in the middle of lavenders. Delicious and fresh breakfast, homemade. Everything with a personal touch. Swimming pool and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The nice owners gave us a lot of tips for excursions and restaurants :-)

The family are awesome, they spent lots of their time giving us lots of good informations. The place is beautiful. The room is in a good size for 3, the beds are confortable and all places smells nice. The breakfast is delicious! We loved the views, the village, the people, castle and the fluvial beach. I'm looking forward to visit it again and stay more days. Thank you very much for everything we really appreciate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my long stay at Alegria Rustica, Anna and Mark were such lovely hosts and really made me feel welcome and ensured I was always happy and comfortable during my stay. The breakfasts were great and filling, lots of organic items like fruit and eggs included from their own garden as well. A great place to visit for some peace and quiet outside the major cities where you can really enjoy the great summer weather and explore the beautiful nature that can be found in central Portugal. There are some great hikes in the area.

All appeared to be very new and good quality. Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Very beautiful balcony and surroundings. Extremely kind hosts, very supportive and helpful and available with anything. Ideal place to visit all the area (car most likely needed though).
