Beautiful little hotel - only six rooms. More of a boutique hotel since the service and the whole experience was luxurious. The view over Douro River and the valley was exceptional. Eating breakfast or dinner outside looking over the river was very nice. Being able to stay by the pool for an extra time after checking out was lovely.
Nestled along the Douro River, Douro Hotel Porto Antigo. is housed in a historic building. It features an outdoor swimming pool, in-house massages and a restaurant serving European dishes.

Nice breakfast, beautiful hotel with an excellent pool oriented to the river.
The pool area has a cafeteria with everything you need fue your stay.
There is an extraordinary restaurant too, where we had dinner both nights we stayed in the hotel.
Modern facilities and a very quiet place, ideal for resting.
Cerrado dos Outerinhos is located next to centre of Cinfães Village, just a 60-minute drive from the Porto city centre. The rural tourism property has two sunny terraces and a lush green garden.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but it was not a buffet table.

We had the best time ever ,got spoiled at breakfast I never had in all my travel time all over the world , very romantic geeked like home ,the host are amazing , friendly , helpful to assist with everything ( recommendations for restaurant & tour guiding )going out their way to spoil you
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The location, a historic family owned home , is spectacular. The view, the nearby river , the property full of fruit trees, is quiet and relaxing.
The heated pool is a bonus.
Oh, and breakfast...large enough to hold you for the day.
The hosts make you feel welcome from the first.
They are a genuinely warm couple.
Not only would we stay again, we would recommend this place to all who would be traveling in the area.
Amazing stay on a beautiful, quiet farm in the middle of the Douro region. My room with the heavenly forest view was a haven of peace. The whole B&B is magazine-worthy. The breakfast puts 5* hotels to shame. But the best part of the stay was the warm hospitality of Maria and her family. They also had fantastic recommendations (food, wine, hikes) that can help you enjoy the most this beautiful region.
Splendid breakfast, great choice including perfect scrambled eggs and bacon each morning! Excellent dinner and perfect accompanying wine choice. The room was perfect and with a great view overlooking the confluence of the two rivers. Spacious and with a separate lounge if required. The staff , Juan , the chef, and the owners could not be more hospitable and made us feel like 'one of the family' . Excellent quiet position with aasy access to paths to walk the dog and a short drive to the railway station.
We loved it all, from the attention to detail, clean and modern place plus lovely hosts. Would recommend it anytime to anyone visiting the area. We stayed for almost 2 weeks with our 18 month baby and couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay whilst we remotely worked.
The kindest and most welcoming hosts I have ever met! created the atmosphere to connect with other guests in a very gentle, cosy and fun way. The food was fresh with many ingredients from the garden. It is styled and decorated to the finest smallest details; everything is designed to allow you to relax.
family owned house with a lovely couple as hosts. the house is beautiful and offers river access, very well decorated and with cozy ambience. the breakfast is lovely served at the dining room table with fruits from the directly from the tree and home baked cakes. fully refurbished rooms with great finishings.
very nice well kept pool.
The hospitality, the atmosphere - A warm Portuguese environment -I happened to be at the house on Sunday, and the family had a gathering, and invited me in. It was a memorable experience.
Excellent place - rustic renovated farm-house with several hang-out spots, great views.
.
Great location next to the Douro valley, uphill walk into the village for restaurant, cafe and supermarket.
.
