Amazing taste: furniture, finishings, everything! The bed was super comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Nice complimentary bread and cheese waiting for us. The coffee was also really good.
Great location: within walking distance to everything. The local river beach has a cute bar with live music playing. We couldn’t have asked for more. This place highly overtook our expectations!

Lovely hotel clean and modern. Very nice staff and great breakfast
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It is lovely, with a fully functioning bathroom and kitchenette and the bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and you get to listen to the birds and see the trees the whole time. It's easy to find with GPS so not fully isolated in the woods, but in a very quiet area.
Modern decoration and we had a huge room! It is right in the centre of Serta. Absolutely excellent value for money. Great base for catching up with our family over Christmas.
Clean, friendly and exceptionally priced. This was a great bolt hole for us to use whilst visiting family in the area. You will certainly get your money's worth from the buffet breakfast. Don't let the minor negative comments put you off using this place.
I liked everything about this affordable, well cared for, and very clean hotel. It was quiet and we had a good sleep. The breakfast was good. We needed some extra help with our travel arrangements while there and the staff went out of their way to assist us. If I’m ever in Serta again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
Our family stay at Convento da Sertã was wonderful. The location was amazing, right at the heart of Sertã, and had beautiful views of the park and river. The staff was super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is a recovered convent very well maintained and clean, with a design that perfectly mixes antique and modern.
The apartment was perfect for us (a family of four) - so clean and spacious. Erica is an exceptional host, she made us feel very welcome and was really very helpful too. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Portugal.
fabulous location, the property was absolutely spotless and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay, the host and her family were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.. we were having trouble in getting a taxi so we asked her to order one for us for a set time, the host came and picked us up and took us to the venue and even gave us a sight seeing your on the way, we will definitely be booking this property again,
