The terraces, patios, barbeque covered area and most of all the amazing view especially in the morning. Very spacious and clean property which was furnished to a high standard and had an old fashioned charm and a great view over the surrounding countryside. The housekeeper, Elsa, gave us a warm welcome and explained where everything was even though her English was as limited as our Portuguese. She also provided some fresh vegetables from her garden which was a nice bonus. Overall we had an excellent and comfortable stay which we wished could have been longer.

Cosimiro’s place is an absolutely fantastic place with the most incredible views of the Duoro Valley. He and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful, and even prepared a super sweet welcome lunch for us, Port, wine and all! The apartment is massive and had everything we needed for a short stay in The Valley. Would return every time!
