As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very nice and clean villa, everything well equipped for comfort stay of big groups or families. Beautiful territory and views. Nice swimming pool (strongly recommend to add heating). Place for grill, big TV and Playstation, so you not going to get bored even in bad weather. Hosts were very helpful and answered our questions very fast. We actually enjoyed our stay and can easily recommend it.
The view was just breathtaking over the Atlantic. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. It is a very modern House with a big kitchen and everything was functional with no problems.
Everything exactly as described. The owner Felix was super nice, always smiling and helpful. He does everything he can to make your stay successful. We got a welcome drink. Fresh juice for breakfast every day is a plus. There is no fridge, but the host can easily take it to the back and you can store it there. Lots of parking spaces. Great restaurant Abrigo dos Prazeres 3 minutes away.
Everything was tip top, it’s just what we were looking for! Plus we had the chance to experience the popular fest of the village and the Rally sports season. Just amazing, we were a family of 4 including a baby and the apartment was right for us!
The location (Prazeres) is a quiet and lovely place approx 40 mins from Funchal. You can make trips easily to whole island and have a quiet stay at the same time. Some great caffees and good restaurants in walking distance, amazing views from nearby 'miradouros'. The owner is very friendly, offers tasty breakfast and great service. Recommending this place to all who seek quite holiday

Top value for money. Very spacious with great views from the apartment. 30 mins from funchal. You need a car to get to the apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like the host did his best to make us feel like home. We would definitely return again.
The experience of staying in the villa was superb - space, the pool, lovely kitchen and living room - the list would be endless. Highly recommend it for families or larger groups when travelling to Madeira.

The view from the house was amazing!!! The house was very cozy, we felt as we were at home. Ana and her family was incredibly helpful and friendly, super nice people. thank you for you help in everything :)
I had problems finding the address in the navigation, but thanks to a very helpful host, it was solved very quickly. The place itself is very quiet, situated next to two picturesque villages - Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, there is also a grocery store, ATM, gas station, bus connection (it takes to Funchal 2-3 hours). In addition, the host is very nice and willing to help with other problems. Very good breakfasts, especially delicious fresh orange juice. Rooms kept clean, parking space available.
