We had a great stay. The host was extremely accommodating and attentive at all times. The house (we stayed at Casa da Oliveira - a One-bedroom house) was even better than the photos. It was very spacious, spotless, and well equipped. It’s all very new. Before traveling, our biggest concern was that a heatwave was expected for the weekend (up to 37 degrees Celsius, 13th - 19th of August), and our surprise was immense as we arrived at the house, and it was very fresh inside. Although there was a big ventilator, we almost didn’t have to use it. Communication in English was perfect.

The owners are super friendly and always taking care of you. You can park the car in front of the house (it’s a small village so no problem with the parking). Room is comfortable and really calm to sleep well. It has a patio outside where you can eat, read or relax your self. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of local products like fruits, cheese, etc...

The hosts were so helpful and gracious. We enjoyed walking through the olive grove, amongst the sheep, petting the horses, hearing the chickens, picking fresh juicy figs from the trees. The pool was refreshing and had wonderful views. Our breakfast was the most delicious fresh foods ever. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Portugal, this is where I want to be.
