The place is as majestic as it looks in pictures. We reserved the room with a private pool. From the decoration to the comfort, it exceeded expectations. You want to relax and go for a walk, a ride in a bike, see the animals on the farm, swim in the pool, enjoy the indoor spa (heated pool, sauna, sunroom, showers), or just pet the friendly dog... this is the place. If I could give it a 20/20 for cleanness, I would. This place is spotless clean!!!☆☆☆☆☆. The homemade food is amazing. You get the whole package. Loved it and great for families!!! Secluded and amazing.

Nice, spacious terrace and room with a kitchen outside; the TV is also of a good size and high up on the wall; and the staff are really kind. We forgot a pair of glasses and the owner promptly mailed it to us and refused to charge us for it. Great experience! We were treated impeccably, with a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and a variety beautifully presented and intuition about scrambled eggs for the English guest! The room was spacious, shower superb and welcome drinks in the mini-fridge,v welcome. The house itself is grand with interesting artwork. A large roof top terrace completes the experience. Was very positively impressed with Solar dos Frades. The room was wonderful modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Inês the host was extremely helpful and available at any time, other staff also very nice. The outside pool and jacuzzi space is amazing, just sorry I hadnt more time to stay.

First our hosts were amazing and friendly, the breakfast they served was very good from cereal, eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc House was clean and spacious, there is a home feeling to the property, they lit up the fireplace and the house was warm, it is a animal friendly place one of the other guests brought their dog, wi fi and Netflix available
