We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa da Eira in Elephant Room in the stunning Serra do Montejunto mountains. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the room decor is unbelievably tasteful. Clara, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Additionally, the breakfast that Clara prepared in morning was a delightful and delicious way to start the day. Casa da Eira is a hidden gem that we highly recommend.

The windmill is amazing and the views are beautiful. It is so much bigger in person and the pool area is large and really private. Layton and his family were super helpful throughout the week, we will definitely be visiting again soon! We had a car for the week so we managed to see some of the surrounding towns too.

Very unique and beautiful place. The rooms used to be huge wine containers, and were tastefully decorated to become bungalows. The host is lovely and very welcoming. There is a very good breakfast and a nice pool. Highly recommend!
