Location, as it was 15 mins from the beach and 10 mins from Aveiro centre. Nice layout and decoration of the apartments. Nice host too and we were able to check-in much earlier than stated. Very accommodating especially for the children. Great outdoor area and also the outdoor sitting with the garden kitchen/oven was really cool too.

Very quiet. Beautiful River view Marta even provided me with an additional cushion because of my hurting neck. Barking dogs only be heard from the distance. Normally you have them everywhere in the iberian península, causing sleepless nights.
