This place is lovely. After travelling around the area we realised we could have stayed here more than one night and wished we had. We had a room in the main house and the lads had the 2 bedroom house. Our room was lovely but the house is fabulous and very well equipped. Lovely area outside the house to sit and enjoy the sun. The hostess was very welcoming. Croissants, water, tea and coffee provided. Shops not too far away. Close to centre which looked lovely but a lot was closed due to a religious celebration. Plenty of room for motorbikes and a gated entrance to the grounds.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Casa for Alto was simply beautiful. The view, the salt water swimming pool and villa was perfect and offered a very relaxing stay. Easy to get Porto by train from Marco. The owners, Celia and her family were so helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
We highly recommend a stay at Casa do Alto.
