I was met by Pedro who explained all i needed to know about the property before leaving , the property was clean and bright and had off street parking for our hire car. The pool area was in the sun from 9am till late at night and and great for cooling down . Air conditioning controls in two areas which was great for keeping the living area a little warmer at night then at the other end of the villa the we set the main bedroom and ensuite air con to 19 which ment a cool comfortable sleep . The washing machine was great as it had a 30 minute cycle so we decided to make use of it at the end of our stay, which ment an easy unpack at home. Thanks pedro for a great stay. Gary & Debbie.

The property is really cute. We had a little house in the front which was amazing as we only had a view of the ocean in front of us. The house was really comfortable and clean, with a nice little table outside which could serve as romantic restaurant! The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook. We loved the garden with lots of herbs which made our cooking even more delicious! The owners were also very nice and helpful.

Exceptionally clean indoors and out! The pool area is beautiful and private. You are quite close to a number of other properties but the screening is excellent. You have a local supermarket about 200m from the house and Calheta marina with its many restautants and a pingo doce is only a 5 min drive from the property too. We were really lucky with the weather and made the most of all the lovely outdoor furniture. There is a parking spot which belongs to the property.

The view from the back yard was amazing. There were lounge chairs and a table to enjoy meals outdoors. You could see the sea from the back yard. There was close access to a grocery store.

Stunning seaview, wonderful villa with three bedrooms (good mattresses) and three bathrooms, the photos correspond to reality and the pool is fantastic. We loved it. A small supermarket at walking distance. The host was very helpful, due to our delayed arrival he even called the supermarket and asked them to stay open a little longer. We recommend hiring a car so you can discover the island. A private parking spot is included.

We adored the Hideaway! It's a bright, beautiful property - just as comfortable as it is stylish. Loved the multiple terraces, the views, the beds, the excellent furnishings, wonderfully equipped kitchen, and the many thoughtful touches. The outdoor spaces are absolutely gorgeous. Each bedroom has its own deck, and there's a retractable awning off the kitchen. The hosts really have thought of everything for a relaxing stay. From the linens to the lighting, to the warm welcome, everything was truly lovely. The house sits at the end of a quiet road, with a handful of neighbours, and the pretty town of Prazeres is a short drive away. As much as we enjoyed exploring the island, we really loved coming home to enjoy the Hideaway, sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine and looking out at the sea.
