The location was amazing. The ocean is right up in front of u. Everything is new. The renovation is fresh. The beds have huge beds and very comfy mattresses. There are all of the supplies you might need from washing powder to shower gels. Everything for cooking too. The hostesses were very friendly and even brought us a corkscrew for wine at 11 pm. We could text them any time we needed sth. There was also a food recommendations list and sight seeing list left for us. As well as the compliment port wine and local fruits. There is a cure local bar, a couple of restaurants and a beach nearby. For groceries you’d have to drive 10-15 min. Amazing place. Big thanks to the hostesses for a wonderful stay ❤️

This gorgeous villa located in a beautiful fishing village just by the sea was a great choice. The view from the house is stunning. The inside is clean, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all the needed tableware, cooking utensils, big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The living room has a big TV, there's also free and fast wifi. The beds in the bedrooms are really comfortable, the bathrooms are clean with a lot of fresh towels. The villa is well-kept. Given the sunbeds and umbrellas, relaxing by the pool was very pleasurable. Around the house is a pretty garden with many plants. The large place to park your car next to the house is worth mentioning. Futhermore, the restaurant next door called Sabor a Mar fish factory is serving delicious, always fresh fish and the staff is really nice and helpful. The owners are very hospitable as well as the caretaker Andrea who manage the keys to the villa. There's a small convenience shop nearby and a bigger supermarket in Calheta. Overall, Casa do Paul do Mar is an amazing choice for a relaxing stay with the family or friends in a beautiful place.

We loved our stay in Colina de Faja! The accomodation is located high on the hills, you have a great view from the rooms, in front of the house you have a forrest with singing birds and after it the ocean! 😍 The rooms look better in reality than in the photos, they are comfy and have everything you need. Besides the rooms you have a living room with a fireplace and another one with a pool table. The kitchen was at our disposal to use if we wanted to cook something and we also had a fridge. All the place was beautiful decorated for Christmas. We couldn't use the pool, because it was cold outside. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with eggs, tuna paste, cheese, ham, fruits, pastries, cereal etc. The personnel was friendly and they cleaned the room every day.

Amazing place with everything one need. We visited many places on the island and this is certainly the best spot. Regeneration for body and soul with vertical ridge behind and ocean in front, situated in quiet romantic by-the-sea town. If you are willing to explore west of Madeira, choose this place.

Beautiful little house with astonishing view. Plenty of space inside with a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area downstairs, and an upstairs area with two additional beds, sofa and working desk. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and has a little garden and parking space outside with lots of different seating. It’s a peaceful and quiet place, no noises. The owner Gabriel is very welcoming and gave great tips where to go and where to eat. He gave great information about the island. The stay was wonderful and I can highly recommend this place when visiting Madeira.
