Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Casa de Arcos is a recently renovated country house located in Anadia, 30 km from University of Aveiro. The air-conditioned accommodation is 31 km from Congressional Center of Aveiro. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Arcos while walking the Camino. We had a large room with plenty of space to spread out, a comfortable bed, and large bathroom and shower. The huge backyard was lovely with a big grassy area, tables, and a pool that we did not use. Another building had very nice shared dining and living spaces. The host, Cristina, was delightful. She went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. She provided us with an excellent dinner with pairing wines, which we enjoyed with other pilgrims we had met earlier on the Camino and were finally able to get to know better. The good energy and comfort we experienced at Casa de Arcos rejuvenated us after a long, hot day on the Camino.

Curia Palace Hotel is a 100 Years old hotel famous for Curia Spa and Waters. Here you will find a bucolic and romantic place to stay with the possibility to time travel to 1940. Don't expect to find modern amenities or fancy modern decoration. You will have the possibilty to see what was life when people had the time to enjoy leisure and fun, without technology. It sure will be something to remember on your trips.

It is a stunning example of Portugese/Victorian grandeur. A delightful family run hotel that is celebrating it’s 101st birthday. It has successfully retained much or almost all of its original charm.

My family used to go the hotel for many years when I was a child. The building remains beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. It has the beauty that it once had, but could be a little more taken care of. Very charming.

My second stay at this family run hotel. From the moment you come in you feel very welcome and at home. The hotel is an open museum, the staff is going above and beyond to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. Very good food (with allergy/intolerance options), great location, quiet for those looking for a place to relax. The rooms have basic amenities but comfortable enough. I highly recommend this place

Everything:) The building is gorgeous, the staff ( family business which is 100 y old!) was extremely friendly, kind and went for the extra mile so we could feel at home.I was with my mother to celebrate her 83rd birthday and Maria Joao and her son Pedro have treated us like family, making sure that everything was fine. Also thank you to Joana, for her kindness.
