The pool was pretty but there is no proper shade - as with nearly everything at the hotel it is style over substance. The furnishings in the main areas are nice - and it makes for a cool atmosphere - it’s just lots of their ideas are not that practical it would seem.

Honestly, we liked everything. The beauty of the house, the view of the pool next to the garden, the connection from the room to the pool, the living area with the pool table, the huge kitchen with breakfast and snacks all the time.
