We were made so welcome by Manuel as soon as we arrived. It’s a beautiful, traditional family home The breakfast was delicious and the service very friendly. The attention to detail was exceptional, the gardens are beautiful, we loved the honesty bar by the pool and the welcome drink. The location was ideal for exploring the stunning Douro valley.

Outstanding property, huge beautiful clean rooms, 2 swimming pools, one of them warm - perfect for kids. Amazing views and territory. Many outdoor tables for picnics. Exceeded all our expectations.
The rooms were very clean and nice, good size and comfortable. We had a room next to the pool, amazing balcony and view of Douro.
Breakfast was super nice, always warm bread and pastries, staff super friendly. Great wines that you can use at any time.
Definitely recommend for a couple gateway and family as well, since they have a great pool and area around it.
Absolutely stunning location and accommodation is comfortable, clean, and with old world charm. My extended family stayed in the apartments and house dispersed across the property. We enjoyed the breakfast, alfresco area by the pool, wandering the apple orchard and venturing up to the church, and of course driving to the douro quintas. A magical base!
Stunningly designed rooms with lots of space. Very kind and provided a comfy travel cot and extra linen for our baby along with a highchair etc. Good base for exploring the wineries of the Douro Valley.
Clean and comfortable guest house, quite new and very functional. Excellent hosts, very friendly family happy to give advice on the area. We ate dinner in the kitchen and was excellent on both occasions. Breakfast also very good. Location about 20-30 minutes from lots of vineyards and other things to do. Shared areas are comfortable too.

We stayed in the spacious family apartment. There were also other guest staying in rooms. Big pool and space for kids to play. Breakfast was very filling and host very accommodating. Very close to Armamar for shops and restaurants. Easy to reach Regua and Pinhao from here. We loved walking in the vineyards in the evenings.
