This is small family hotel with great pool and very good vine and food. If you need anything more for breakfast, they serve you. Staff is also great. On our trip over Portugal we have stayed in five 4 star hotels (mostly small like this) and this was the best.

House is right in the center of Gouveia, and its a cozy house. The shared bathroom is always clean, and the lady that is receiving the guests is very nice. The rooms are kinda of old in terms of decorations but OK.

Best house in Portugal we've stayed so far! We stayed here for 3 days (3 families) to celebrate Christmas. Everything was perfect - heating, amazing view, kitchen is fully equipped, wood for the fireplace, free bikes, electric charger for the car and (especially!) SPA area. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, they showed us everything, we really appreciated the guide book with all necessary information which made our stay even more comfortable. We'll definitely come back here!

Superb property. Very highly recommended. One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The bedroom balcony built into the old stonework is very nice and frames the views of the garden and valley below. TVs in all rooms and a bathroom for each bedroom.. and all within a beautifully restored stone building.. absolutely all positive.
