This is a very well maintained and spacious hotel.
The bed very comfortable and the bathroom the best I've encountered whilst in Portugal. It is a little of the Camino by about 2.5km but worth the walk as the staff really look after you. We were too exhausted to go anywhere else but that wasn't an issue as the staff ordered us a pizza and we could purchase drinks from their bar. In the morning we were dropped back to the Camino path. I'd highly recommend.

Located just 500 metres from Carvalhido Beach, Siglas & Runas II provides accommodation in Póvoa de Varzim with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared kitchen.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
This is a family house converted to a bed and breakfast by adding shower and toilet cubicles to the corners of the rooms.
There is also a nice garden with a small pool.
The place is clean and right on the Camino.
The rooms are really small, the shower is strange and crowded and the toilet in the family room is actually outside the room. The pricing is really high and disproportionate to what we got. Dinner was very expensive. 20 euros for a chicken dish. This was the most expensive place we stayed at while walking the Camino and the least value for money.
