If someone likes peace and quiet, this is the location for them because the facility is located in the middle of nowhere :-)). Or rather on a hill from which there is a beautiful view of the surrounding hills with a few individual farms. There are free bikes available on the premises. Additionally, a relatively long swimming pool of approx. 12-15m, with a fairly "refreshing" water temperature from which you can also admire the views.
Cerca da Ponte is set in Almodôvar and offers free bikes, barbecue facilities and a garden. The property, housed in a building dating from 2006, offers free WiFi.

The location is remote which is perfect if you just want to relax. The house was very clean and comfortable. Felicidade and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the house. We spent all day around the salt water pool, and barbecuing. We will definitely go again.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and escape from the hectic routine, this is the perfect spot. I must confess that the place exceeded all our expectations. Besides being beautiful and peaceful, it's a great place for any family with children who want to be close to nature.
The houses have been restored and are gorgeous! There's a tree-house that fascinates both adults and children!

Great location, close to a nearby lake that you can see from the patio of your bungalow. Comfy beds, a very spacious dining/living room and a very well equipped kitchen. The breakfast is amazing and our hosts were very friendly! Highly recommended for a family escape in the Portuguese countryside!

This is the most beautiful we’ve stayed in Portugal! Almodovar is a quiet and peaceful village and has enough restaurants. We stayed in the suite which is extremely affordable. Breakfast was included and very good. Ricardo was very welcoming and hospitable.
Felt like part of the family of the hosts, since they were very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are outstanding and the sightseeing is 5 stars. My 7 years daughter was delighted with the host's family and the farm animals. Special thank you to João that always brought a great spirit to our stay since he was always very friendly and helpful. Experience to repeat in the summer, for sure.
The hosts were very nice. We arrived around mid night and with kids and the manager was kind and super helpful.
