Beautiful view. Great staff. The front desk worker saw that we missed breakfast so she brought us back to the lounge area and brought us out a bunch of different items to choose from. She went above and beyond.

We liked everything about the property, The house is very nice , the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, are spacious, cosy and comfortable. it’s also very clean. It has all the amenities you need. The house is located in a very beautiful and quiet spot, the views are really nice the village is also close enough that the shops, bars and restaurants are only a short drive away Carina was an amazing host, the communication was very easy and she was very arranging and helped us a lot, so a massive thank you to her!

Absolutely charming traditional mountain home with wonderful host. Our 4-bedroom chalet was the perfect size for our family of six (and our three dogs) to relax comfortably, with everything one would need to feel at home. The endless trails and rocks nearby were perfect for our nature-loving kids to explore to their heart’s content. The chalet is centrally located so that many of the regions popular attractions are a short drive away. I highly recommend a visit to the Museu do Pão, they have a wonderful hands-on kids exhibit we thoroughly enjoyed!

Everything was excellent! We booked for one night with a baby, very clean and comfortable, elevator access, spacious room (even the smaller one), an available crib was requested and a great breakfast. The staff are very nice and explain to you what you can visit and where to eat. The swimming pool is a plus, unfortunately we didn't had the time to try it, the weather was great for it. A parking lot nearby makes it easy to take your stuff and park the car safely. Great location to stay and explore Serra da Estrela and other interests around.
