Great location. Lovely gardens and swimming pool. The hotel was very clean staff friendly. Not much food choice but what they had was good. snacky type food. My only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable for me and my husband. Overall very good.

The views from the Quinta are amazing, looking across the river to the hilltop town. The rooms are clean with comfy beds. The air conditioning was a real bonus. Breakfasts are extra, but well worth the money with yoghurt, cereal, melon, warm bread, toast, York ham, cheese, jamon, home basked cake and fresh juice.

We had a wonderful time. This is a family run guest house, every detail is looked at. The rooms are clean and nice. The swimming pool area is will taken care of. The breakfast is superb, fresh fruit, juice, eggs and warm bread
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Whilst slightly dated it was quite a pleasant place to stay in a location a bit off the normal tourist routes. We only had one night here - passing through and main reason was to do the zip-lining from "Spain to Portugal" which was fun. We did use the pool which was a welcome bonus but could have done with some bug removal in the morning. The breakfast was just average but for the price not unreasonable.
The swimming pool the children loved it and the other activities that was available for them to do we also loved the little town everyone is very helpful and friendly on our last day we found a small beach that gets extremely busy with all the families. It was funny to find out that the time on our phone kept changing because we were not too far from Spain. Break fast is basic but with the heat is just what you need.
The front desk lady wasn’t that pleasant. Felt like she just didn’t care to be nice - no pleasantries whatsoever. No hello, goodbye, thank you for staying with us, or anything else. I’m not the type that needs super friendly, but, just being nice goes a long way.
Went and got coffee and was helped by Bruno - can say his name because he introduced himself and actually chatted about travel, and his family. If it wasn’t for him, staff rating would be much lower.
All the food from breakfast and dinner at the Hotel was a very good surprise! Travelling by bike we found a nice place for storage on the arrival.
On the day after, we had a lot of fun cannoning on Guadiana river.
