We travelled with our 1 year old baby and was awesome! The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine with capsules!), bathrooms very cleans, hot water, WiFi, TV, AC (cold and hot), around 4 hectares of land to explore (the baby loved that) and Aurora (the host) is extremely communicative. She and her son helped us with all details about the area, where are the supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations. Also which is the faster way to Porto (only 20 minutes by car!). We were lucky to have a Full Moon and was INCREDIBLE! Free parking at the location up to two-three cars. Thank you for all, Aurora!

Boutique hotel, so they personally take care of you. It feels like you are staying in a beautiful country home. The grounds and pool are very well taken care of and beautiful. Our room was very clean and modern. Our kitchen in our room was big enough for us to prepare meals. They provided the best breakfast we have had in Portugal. The chef personally makes your breakfast for each individual family. 30 mins to Porto. Perfect day trip. Grocery store, bread truck, seafood store and bakery a 5 min drive away.
Parada (Near Aguiar de Sousa)

The rooms are on a surreal river. Everything was clean and comfortable. But what made everything special was the staff. They genuinely went our of their way to help in ways that are not expected of them. Also they were always very pleasant and smiling which is just a nice addition to the location

Countryside Villa is a private house with an outdoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi with a view to the garden. High-speed Wi-fi is available through the entire house. Free parking is available inside the property. In one of the interior gardens there is a gas barbecue to complete the kitchen that has a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There is big equipment laundry room.

Accommodations exceeded all our expectations, very clean and very well equipped. Our host was excellent, amazing communication, extremely helpful and gave us fantastic recommendations for absolutely anything and everything we asked! Can’t rate this property high enough! Don’t hesitate to book this accommodation, we will definitely be back!
Paço de Sousa (Near Aguiar de Sousa)

Very nice, lovely and quite area. A lot of green outside including a nice spring nearby and an old well in the courtyard. We had to leave very early in the morning and the owner arranged for us in the evening a generous breakfast to take with us. We will be happy to come once again for longer time.

What didn’t we like! We were treated like family and the hosts were beyond accommodating. Had we known how much fun we would have we would have stayed much longer. I cannot recommend this place enough. We would come back any time!

The place is very nice. The small town offers a view into portugiese life and is not in one of the tourist towns. The supermarket and cafes are close and so is a small beach on the riverside of the Duoro. In the evenings we could sit on the large terrace and enjoy the evening sun. The apartment is rather large. Monica is very helpful and nice and then we had troube with wlan was very quick to solve the problems.
