What went well? Everything. The hotel hosted my daughters wedding party. We stayed a few days before and after. There is absolutely nothing they could have done better. Food-Excellent. Breakfast-Excellent. Staff-Excellent and so accommodating. The catering staff knocked it out of the park. Facilities-Excellent. Spa-Excellent. I am difficult to please and this property has made me a life-long customer. Thank you! If I have to find one thing to improve on... Maybe a couple more flavors of lody :)

Everything was perfect. We were greeted by Piotr , who was very friendly. Had a nice view from the room, pleasant drink in the bar , great breakfast and use of sauna. We had a massage in the spa area. We used the restaurant and the pizza place. Both very good. We asked for our luggage to be kept till the evening on our check out day and there was no trouble. Everyone was very helpful and we would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Everything looked exactly like in the photos, so we got what we were expecting Nice quiet neighborhood next to a park and not far from Zakrzówek Comfortable apartment that is well stocked (with appliances, dish/cookware and bed linen) Two bicycles were provided with the room, but unfortunately we didn't get to use them due to poor weather :(
