Fantastic stay! We loved the breakfast and sauna. Bed was super comfortable, although pillows could have been better (were to thin). The call it "little breakfast" but it's a sort of buffet better than many hotels of the same price range, so congrats for that. Personel was really friendly and attentive since the day of the check-in. The sauna and space for spa was design with care. It's definitely another big plus of Villa 11.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Nice location. Full functional kitchen and gas grill. We were two families, and for each family, we had a private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. As well as one common banquet room.

A view of indescribable beauty from the balcony! Great patio furniture with cushions and even a blanket. The apartments are very nice and cozy! There is everything you could need, even a capsule coffee machine, to drink a delicious coffee with such a view. Really enjoyed staying at this place! The children wanted to stay here. We asked to move in as early as possible and they very friendly accommodated our request, which was especially convenient for us after an overnight trip with small children. Thank you!
During our stay it was very quite which I liked. Also it was just a few meters away from ropeway. Host was kind, before arrival I asked baby high chair and crib which where provided.
One thing is for sure - the stay at the Radisson Hotel is worth it. Clean, nice, and quiet, the hotel offers everything what a family with 3 children might want to have during their vacation. Nice swimming pool, both for kids and adults. When it comes to meals - there is no limit on what the hotel offers. The advantage is also plenty of fruits, vegetables and juices.
If you ask me whether I come back for more - yes, definitely.

Great location, amazing view, perfect for a family vacation. We love the big, clean rooms, the children love the wooden rooms. It's only 20 minutes walk from the center. Good place, and value the price.
Great location, family friendly- nice playroom for young and bigger kids. Very nice breakfast with traditional accents (especially appreciate coffee from coffee machine) and home made dinner.

we had a very nice family vacation and everything went very smoothly. the staff was very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. the apartment was absolutely what we expected and we loved the whirlpool after our days on the slope. breakfast was freshly made every day and the entertainment room was wonderful for the kids. thank you very much for the wonderful time we had.
Excellent hotel, cant really fault anything , great location, really cosy, friendly staff, child friendly. the room size was great plenty of space for our family. there is also a free spa area, distance to the beginner slopes area is only about 300 meters, I will be back for sure.
The location was good with nice mountain views from apartment #3 that we stayed for three nights. We also booked apartment #1 for family during our stay. Parking available next to apartment. The apartment was small but layout and functionality was good for family of two adults and two teenagers. Sauna facilities were also a good facility offered. Communication with property agent was excellent and prompt.
Super kid-friendly hotel, they have an amazing, well-equipped palyroom inside and you can ask for baby highchair, baby cot and baby bathtub for your room. The restaurant also pays attention to the little ones, they have kids menu, baby tableware, high chair and a small drawing corner with a kid table and colorful chairs. The hotel is close to ski opportunities, sled slopes and other restaurants too. Very nice staff also!
