i was the first guest at this new location. collecting the keys was easy and the provided YouTube video helped to find the apartment without problems. the apartment door is secured with a PIN pad. in the apartment itself you will find a mixture of modern looking elements combined with an urban style experience. theres a washing machine, a comfy couch and a nice big flat screen, if you need it. I especially liked the table, it looks custom made but it looked so nice to me. the bathroom invites with a large mirror and the jacuzzi which I used twice, I enjoyed it. the bedroom is on the roof, you have to climb a ladder so better have some shoes. despite the ladder I recommend this place to everyone who looks for a place to stay, near to the center.

Everything is new, the apartments are really well furnished and everything is taken care of, you only need to bring food. Appartment located in the city very near to the station, market, park and different shops in walking distance. It was forseen of everything you would need (water heater for coffee, actual coffee maker with filters, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, nice shower, good wi-fi, couch). If i am not mistaken, all windows were foreseen of anti-mosquity shielding so you can easily open the windows at night to cool down in the summer. We did not use the television so i cannot comment on that but it looked modern enough to have HDMI to hook up a laptop or anything else).

Villa has everything you need from a hotel in this price range/standard: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom, accommodating staff, very tasty breakfast, comfortable parking space, amazing outdoor garden area. Best accommodation in the area. They do everything perfectly well. They also pay attention to details: towels smelled really well, TV was easily usable (actually, not a standard), shampoo and body wash was provided (great quality), everything extremely clean (also not a santadrd) Also, as a bonus, they sell beer from local brewery (Raciborskie), try it out! Highly recommended.

The spacious living area/kitchen, adorned with tasteful decor, immediately made me feel cozy and relaxed. The location of the property was ideal. Situated in a walking distance from Rynek, the center of the town, had easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Medieval Baszta Obronna was visible from the window.
