I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. The rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel feels new and well-maintained, and the attention to detail is impressive.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, quiet street. We stayed there 1 night, which was a good value for money.

Perfect location about 50m from the square in the middle of the old town. Lovely feel to the hotel as you walk in and the rooms were very nice & spacious, with a large bathroom which had a lovely heated floor.
Spent a couple of early evenings at the rooftop bar which was lovely (maybe helped by the fab weather we had).
Used the spa - nice little pool, sauna and steam room and there was a gym / machines there.
Breakfast at the hotel was not pre-booked & seemed quite expensive to have as needed (PLN140 each), but we did have it one day and then decided the have it on the next also as it was so good (and given what we had, good value) - as well as the freshly cooked selection, there were cereals, breads, cheese, meats, fruits, juices & smoothie as well as of course several very nice coffees! Seems the standard is to cook the poached eggs so they are not runny - we asked for runny on day 2 and they arrived to our perfection!
The main reason for the visit was to pick up our "Z" parkrun at Zeilony Jar - took a taxi there on Saturday morning (25 mins - PLN80) but got a bus & tram back (40 min ticket) for PLN6 about £1.20 each - there's a very nice bakery near the parkrun!!
Walked to the hotel from the main train station (Krakow Glowny, 15-20 mins) with train taking about 15-20 mins (PLN 17, about £3.50 each). We left at 3:00pm on the Monday and took a taxi to the Airport which took 50-60 mins and cost PLN 130, about £26
If you are planning to go to Auschwitz-Birkenau : book your trip very carefully. We booked well in advance with Viator and it was cancelled by them 3 weeks prior, then again with Headout who sub-contracted to At Cracow and it was then cancelled by them 2 days prior. At this stage too late to re-book - we tried several places in Krakow but all were fully booked. Apparently this happens quite regularly with the online tour agents.
