It was not a bad hotel, and it was really good price (we paid 67Euro per night).
The restaurant and the area of the neighboring hotel Zinar Castle, the fresh air were wonderful.

Everything was great, the location was perfect close to the airport but driving distance for a trip to Auschwitz and then into Krakow. the bed was so comfy and there was a private bathroom and private space outside to relax and watch over the lake. beautiful and so peaceful. the breakfast was incredible too, like nothing I've ever had at a hotel before!

Close to the airport but not an "airport box" and a nice setting in the middle of a park. Easy to find, parking on site. If you arrive in open hours there is a small supermarket / shop in Balice. There was a kitchen available where you could sort a basic meal, such as supermarket pizza - possibly more but as we didnt plan to use it we didnt pay much attention to it.

Very convenient for a late night arrival. The walk to the hotel is simple (and not as long as shown on Google Maps as there is a shortcut for pedestrians). Takes about 10 mins. A little dark on the walk but feels safe enough. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Easy check in and out and a good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely opt for this again . Room included a kettle, iron and ironing board

Comfortable, the apartment was well equipped and also had a nice decking area. The owner was helpful when required. Quiet location, kids enjoyed the playpark and open space. The Jacuzzi was nice to have available! :)

Great location close to the airport which suited us as we were going home the following day. We also woke up to snow so was a great treat for our last day of our trip. Amazing layout to the apartment- dual level which made it fun and unique. On-site parking- easily accessible. Prompt communication by the owner who answered our queries asap. We had breakfast included which provided a great range of local food and produce- this was located nearby at the Skansen Smakow Restaurant. Highly recommend this stay!

The check in procedure is very simple.
There is a public transport stop nearby and we easily got to the airport early in the morning.
Lovely place to rest and enjoy. I was surprised with it in all aspects. Kids were enjoying as much as myself.
Nice walk to the restaurant. Huge range of food to choose from. Might be a bit too much :).
Neat, clean and well maintained. The shared kitchenette was ideal for self-catering (although it might have been crowded had the property been full and all guests had wanted to use it). Tea and coffee and cooking condiments provided. Marta contacted me and kindly offered a more suitable family room for a 4 day stay which included a table and chairs. The location was good - supermarket, cafe and bus stop for Krakow all nearby. Good walk to river and great view of Monastery. Parking included and good wifi.
Firendly owner and great value for money. We had an early flight so the owner delivered a breakfast basket the night before. She also provided some toys for the kids, and went out of her way to get an additional cot. Thanks a lot.
