Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was very spacious and included a baby cot for free. The heated towel rail was useful for travelling with a baby as you can dry things you’ve handwashed (an unexpected benefit!). Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was also very nice. There is a small fitness studio with some cardio machines, and a soft play area for toddlers.

NOTHING!!! We were given the incorrect code for the door and after messaging and calls and waiting we were eventually given a new code which worked. This was already a red flag but we went into the property and had a look around….
The place was foul and we left as soon as we had arranged a different accommodation.
It has been 10 days since this happened and I have had NO CONTACT from the property, booking customer service have offered an insulting £16 as a ‘goodwill gesture’ as they haven’t received a response from the property either. You need to give me a full refund and you shouldn’t be in business. Disgraceful.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
