The castle has been renovated, but it still maintains the rustic charm on the inside. The location is fantastic. Far enough to give a disconnected feeling, but not too far from essentials so that you feel lost. It is adjacent to a forest region, so people can go on a hike of they feel like. There is a lake in the front of the castle with some chairs and two piers. One can see multiple couples posing for photoshoots during summer. The breakfast spread is nice as well, with some options for vegetarians and gluten free bread.

Very nice and clean apartment. Owners went well beyond standards. Absolutely everything was provided including bottled drinking water. Definitely would be staying there again!!!

A beautiful castle which my kids really loved to stay at. The castle and the surrounding lake and forest were beautiful.
There is also a water fountain with music and lights every hour.
I forgot to ask for a cot for my toddler and figured she would bunk with me and my husband but upon entering the room, the staff had already arranged a play pen. It made my toddler's day so much better. She was excited to have her own little bed. Everything was so clean and fresh. Breakfast was set up beautifully and lots of choices. I wish I had booked more nights!!
Perfect location, spacious parking lot, beautiful room, delicious breakfast and dinner at the both of the restaurants and also music choice, interesting activities, amazing view from an apartment 224, very informative history about the castle’s history and owner’s family, large and beautiful park with a fountain, Netflix on TV.
