The property is spacious and in a very quiet area but still close to the centre (no noise interrupting sleep at night). Kitchen is very well equipped so preparing meals is easy for those who want to. It is in fact a nicely furnished one bedroom flat. Hosts do not interrupt the stay at all but they are available when required. I did not use the jacuzzi located at the back of the house or the patio but it is also available. I was very happy with my stay.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The staff was incredibly nice and provided special meals for us at breakfast to accommodate my dietary restrictions. We really enjoyed the activities they organised, like the outdoor grilling and kids party. Even though it was full of children, it wasn't noisy or disturbing.
Nice location, clean room and bathroom, cozy place to stay with family or couple. Nice garden. Kitchen also was a good point why we chose this apartments.
Hotel was clean and quiet, sometimes too quiet. The man responsible for the pool was very nice, helpful and understanding. There are 2 playrooms for kids of all age, including table tennis and PS gaming zone. Parking in front of the hotel was easy. Breakfast with many options, mainly though from frozen fast food, but minipancakes and coffee were a real treat.
Very nice accommodation, beautiful and clean rooms, tastefully decorated. The bed and couch were comfortable. The courtyard with its many seating areas offers a nice rest even when it rains. The nicely done playhouse made our child very happy. The owners were very nice too. We are considering staying here again next time. I highly recommend it!
Superb spot located just on the way to Bledne Skaly viewpoint as well as close to Czechia! The cottage is spaciously organized and well maintained, suitable for families or even small groups. Large car park free of charge, very helpful hosts, etc. Highly recommended!
This is a fantastic apartment located in the center of Kudowa Zdroj. It is clean, well-equipped, and situated in a peaceful area close to Park Zdrojowy. The children's room is exceptional, filled with a large number of toys and books. My 3-year-old had a great time and it was not easy to convince her to leave the room. I appreciated the attention given to children's safety in the apartment, such as the socket covers installed in the children's room. We stayed in during the onset of winter, but the apartment was warm and cozy.
It was really good. The word that comes to mind when describing this property is ‘honest’. It was exactly as advertised, clean and located in probably the best spot in Kudowa Zdrój. The kitchen was top notch and all the necessary household gadgets were provided. There were four of us and we were all impressed.
Very nice apartments at the end of the village. The apartments is very cozy and offers everything you need. And Íthe view on the field is amazing! The accomodation also offers a small playground for children which we very appreciated.
The location is amazing. On the edge next to the forest so there is absolutely no loud noises. Extremely clean, extremely comfortable, bed is absolutely amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and modern refrigerator, freezer and stove.
Parking is on the property and it’s great. There was a small playground outside which is also nice for kids.
Recommend for families with children just beware, smart kids can unlock the door from the bathroom from the outside while you’re taking shower with your wife and get in.
