I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. The rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel feels new and well-maintained, and the attention to detail is impressive.

Great location, well equipped and secure studio. nice to have 2 Juliet balconies and the kitchen was well enough equipped for a short stay. comfy bed with giant pillows! Really convenient location for both the old town and the station and the block feels really secure, and nice development with a small bar/restaurant in the next block.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We travelled with 3 small children and we could find all required amenities. Host had a small bed for the baby, and the other two slept in a sofa-bed that was large enough for them (albeit a bit hard). The apartment was clean and neat and full of small thoughtful things (e.g. books/toys for the kids, coffee and tea for adults). During our stay we didn't need the car, having walked everywhere.
Breakfast was great with many choices. The orange juice was amazing.
The staff was extremely kind and professional.
Our children enjoyed the indoor play area. It is nicely kept with a lot of toys and has a baby/children fence surrounding it. There is a sofa and arm chair for parents to sit while the kids play.
Parking is at the hotel with a small fee.
The hotel is very nicely designed.
Fully equipped apartment. Good for families with small children. Clothes can be washed. Very good location. Sights can be easily and quickly reached by foot.
The apartment was exactly like in the pictures, no bad smell as it was mentioned in other comments. Lockbox with the key is really easy to find. My request for baby crib and high chair was accommodated literally immediately. We have spent an amazing holidays in Krakow and I am willing to come back again
Hotel has great location to walk downtown and also a nice view across the river. Room was functional and clean. The kids liked the pool in the basement. So great for families as well. Friendly staff at reception.
Child friendly.
Central location.
WiFi that actually works.
Useful recommendations (food).
Extremely comfy beds.
Spotless, felt comfortable allowing my baby to roam.
Toys, high chair and cot provided for children.
Great communication when needed.
Larger than expected apartments.
Modernity finished.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow Old Town. Gorgeous luxurious rooms. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. We were travelling with children and the small touches were amazing like kid slippers, baby friendly cutlery and plates at breakfast, etc. The Nespresso machine in the room was much appreciated as well. It was within walking distance to the train station, that was very convenient.
We loved the food in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Specially head waiter Pouline made an excellent service. She was funny in a polite way, service minded to the highest level, and she took her time to serve us during dinner every evening. We highly recommend her and would love to see her again when we visit again.
The SPA and wellness in the hotel is amazing. My children loved to jump in the Phil. It is a highly recommended place, especially for families with kids.
Junior suite has ideal for small family visit and good value (for UK travellers). Staff very helpful finding us a local doctor when our son became unwell (illness not related to the hotel at all) and extending our stay another day. Seemed popular with families with small children (as well as adult groups). Would definitely return if we ever go back to Cracow.
