I have very mixed feelings about the property, which means I'm not going to use it again. It felt more like a hostel for workers rather then bed and breakfast. It was kept clean so no issues there, but otherwise very basic with small rooms. There weren't any shelves to put away your clothes, just beds, a night table, a chair and a TV. If you get bored you can listen to the coversations in the rooms next door... Breakfast was also basic some bread and a good selection of bread fillings to help yourselves, but I found mouldy cheese so not sure how fresh everything else was. My understanding from the booking website was that I would be able to pay on arrival, but there was no one to talk to and they have charged my card instead - maybe not a big issue, but not what I was expecting. They had a quiet time from 10pm but nearly no-one respected it and evenings were very noisy with people still cooking or arriving after 10pm.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The resort is an old com-bloc workers resort but quite well modernized. Lot of activities for the kids and kid-minded. Very dog-friendly and there is good dog-walking opportunities by the very small river adjacent to the hotel. Good breakfast. There is massage and all kinds of treatments available in the Spa on the hotel property. Room was airconditioned and the bed was very good.
As a result, I paid almost 1000 $, for 2 days in a hotel with no hot water in the rooms.
OUR family’s holiday and mood was ruined. I WASN’T ABLE to properly wash my 4-month-old baby.
If I Knew, THIS hotel DID’NT HAVE ANY hot water, I would neVer go there!!!!
I ASK the hotel management to respond to this request and provide information on how you will compensate me for the lost time and money ON the worst week
The reception staff was amazing. They were always busy but happy, simily and welcoming. The facilities around the hotel were very good too. The kids could get entertained on the playground, mini golf, tree park. There were some organized activities for the adults and children as well. The room was clean and had all it needed.
Hotel is not really for a business stay, more for a family visit with kids. Breakfast is good. Location is quite picturesque. Swimming pool itself is nice, but a shame it can be overlooked from the reception lobby.
