Good communication with the owner. Everything was clean, also the towels, bedding clean. Quiet flace to stay and relax in November. Sofa bed was good firm comfortable to sleep in.

you can enjoy spa all the day long and nobody is bothered with your kids, it's quite natural, but unfortunately uncommon usually. so, many thanks for hospitality and opportunity to have a rest for the whole family <3 wanna to come back!
expected 5 star deluxe hotel. we came no one offered to take our luggage upon arrival nor departure. no one escort to the room . we had to call to learn how to activate coffe machine. service was mechanic soe of employees looke dlike they suffer to work. food and service in restaurants was good . drinks are over priced terribly. SPA was professional but with no fun atmosphere
Very nice hotel to visit with family. The accomodations are great, the territory amazing. It was hard to understand were the reception is located, but we came to Lemon restaurant and find out :)

Nicely situated, posh hotel, with exceptional service, and very very good food at a reasonable price. There is even playground for kids. There are spa facielities with hot tub and sauna, you can book just for yourself.
Beautiful scenery, clean and spacious room, staff very friendly and tried their best to speak English 😀 congrats to them! Food was delicious too and a lot! Boat renting, mini golf cart to bring you to your room were fun! Pools and Spa were clean
State of the art property! beautifully situated, right in front of the lake and very functional building, loads of amenities available on site such as full blown SPA, cinema room, bowling and even kayaks!
The location and the view from the room on the lake was amazing. Because we went during March, it was very calm and comfortable when we wanted to go for breakfast or dinner. We even had the indoor pool for us alone once a while. The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 small kids).
