It was in a good location on the main street. The windows faced the courtyard so you couldn't hear the noise of people returning from nightclubs. The coffee was tasty, but there was no information on whether you could drink the tap water.

We had a great time here, with fantastic and very helpful ladies from the reception. This is a great flat with everything you need for a week's stay. We booked a top flat with a nice view from the spacious roof deck. We were so close to the park, so our daughter spent a lot of time on the playground. Also, you can walk to the main Piotrowska street and learn more about the history of Łódź with all the commemorative plaques and sculptures along the way and stars on the pavement with the names of famous Polish filmmakers next to the Grand Hotel.
We will definitely be back there!

Despite that we were late and unorganized, the host was very polite, patient and friendly. Speaks also perfectly english. The territorie it is completely fenced, our kid and dog enjoed it a lot :)
