The hostess was very friendly on the phone, she was able to give us a different room. It was an appartment with sauna, we LOVED it. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi outside! There is a busstop and station nearby to Zakopane but beware the english of the driver isn't always good.

We booked an apartment and the carpet is so stained and smells terrible. This apartment requires refurbishment and deep cleaning. Not worth the money at all. The only plus is the views.

The hotel is an excellent base location for exploring the Tatra, Gorce and Pieniny mountains and very conveniently located just opposite the train station. The room facilities and service were average, although the pool was a lovely bonus.
