As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were big and equipped with a mini fridge, hot &cold shower and toiletries. It's a plus that their hotel is pet-friendly. Perfect for families travelling.
The host and the property manager is very accommodating. They promptly attended our needs. They were only a call away. The unit was pristine clean with complete towels, beddings, and basic kitchen equipment for a couple and a small family or group of friends. Tahimik ang place, away from the busy noise of cars.
The place included amenities - a garden and a pool (but you cannot use them if with booked events).
The staff is doing their best to serve us though not enough to give timely and responsive service.
The upper deck bar and game room are good places to hold private entertainment for friends and family.
The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Best service for an affordable price. Recommended if you want your stay in Tuguegarao memorable and relaxing.
