It is centrally located. Short walk to main road where you can access public transport. Or you can call a taxi from the reception or book a grab yourself. The guards at the reception are very kind and helpful- special mention to manong selerino. Nang joahna is also very helpful and the host itself is responsive to queries. Space for four, The apartment was well equipped, close to SM and Smallville. It was silent in the house during night. The.swimmingpool area is nice. There is a shop, a cafe, and more in the building complex.

Nothing, the host created a unrealistic version of a rental, then rented it out. Not only does she not exist, but her sister and his husband and the entire family check you in to the property. If you want to have a fun check in experience, ask them what they do with the pictures they take of your passport. You will enjoy that as a response.
This is a superb apartment spoiled by lack of attention to detail. I have given a negative rating because you have to book and pay a non refundable fee prior to viewing. That is fine but if the unit is not as described you will get negative feedback.

For the price paid, it was affordable for budget trips. Seems to target a fun crowd, where the hotel could accommodate groups. Great for high school students and backpackers. For what it is, it's pretty clean regardless.
My family loved everything about the place. The place exceeded our expectations. It has everything from towels, complementary coffee and appliances to be used. Accessible to the mall and restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable while staying! We're definitely gonna stay there again in the future.
