The place was very beautiful and comfortable. Owners were very accomodating and helpful in setting us up with airport pickup and drop off, island tours, motorcycle rentals and surfing lessons! liked that they offered big room formats for family of 7 like ours. they also have a pool albeit small, it really helped keep the kids happy! the food choices are limited. the location is also a bit far to the tourist road/cloud9 and would require tuktuk to get to and fro anywhere which I guess makes it a bit expensive. tho overall, not bad. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

we book a month before going and when we heard about the flood and huge rains we text, called when it was possible to cancel with no fees. they said every thing was great even with the rain so we trust them.
then from Cebu we took the flight and it can’t landed cause of the rain and we know by talking with passengers that planes were cancelled several time due to rains so we called them to make a refund as we cannot take the flight or even waiver the fees they didn’t answer and take all the money ..
