I like the interiors and bed/ showers are comfy. Staff were helpful. Stayed in an 8 bed dormitory. Just right in the city and near all good bars and restaurants. Breakfast is not too shabby.

It was in a great location, very safe, cosy and easy to check-in/out. We stayed before and after doing the Inca trail and the staff were very helpful storing bags and organising airport transport. Included breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. 24hr reception was helpful too as most hikes and tours leave very early.
The hotel boasts impressive interiors with antique exposed bricks, vaulted ceilings and sleek designer style furniture. Cusco’s cathedral and main square are only 3 blocks away.

Location is excellent, and the staff were very accommodating to both us leaving luggage early before Machu Picchu and hanging around before our night bus in the evening

The breakfast was fabulous…absolutely delicious with everything you could want for breakfast.
My suite was so wonderful. My room was so quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I didn’t want to leave my room.
The cable tv had several channels in English which was really nice. I don’t have a tv at home so it was nice to watch some movies and the home renovation channel which I love but rarely get to watch.
